The look says 'ok Dad, that's enough, now you just head off on your SWCP stroll again'.
In the Brendan Arms, right on the path in Bude for a quick Tribute, waiting for Rick Turner who has kindly offered to put me up for a night or two. I have brought the day sack on from Padstow.
Have now walked 506 miles, and although today was undoubtedly tough, feel great. No plasters on the feet for first time since week one. So ready for the tough Northerly sections.
Starting in April 2011,Richard Maunder will be going for a 630 mile stroll from Poole to Minehead, raising awareness and funds for ELF (Exeter Leukaemia Fund). ELF supporters and SWCP walking enthusiasts are invited to join me for sections of the trail in return for a donation to ELF via Virgin Money Giving. For more details about why I am raising funds for this great charity please visit my donation page at virginmoneygiving.com
