Starting in April 2011,Richard Maunder will be going for a 630 mile stroll from Poole to Minehead, raising awareness and funds for ELF (Exeter Leukaemia Fund). ELF supporters and SWCP walking enthusiasts are invited to join me for sections of the trail in return for a donation to ELF via Virgin Money Giving.

Stopped to take on fluid and charge phone. Feeling very tired at this point with Golden Cap still to climb. At 191 metres, the highest clifftop on the Channel coast.
