Starting in April 2011,Richard Maunder will be going for a 630 mile stroll from Poole to Minehead, raising awareness and funds for ELF (Exeter Leukaemia Fund). ELF supporters and SWCP walking enthusiasts are invited to join me for sections of the trail in return for a donation to ELF via Virgin Money Giving.

Branscombe beach with John Cummings.
John has joined me today for the walk to Budleigh Salterton.
A stunning day, with awesome views and great company. We managed to join a new national trust trail at Weston and battled 200 metres until we reached the cliff edge and were forced to return!
A quick resupply of foot powder in Sidmouth, followed by a roast beef sandwich in the Duke and we were set for the afternoon.
Complete and refreshed with tea in Budleigh from Granny Cummings - then deposited RM at the Lookout in Lympstone with Will and Jackie. A perfect end to a great day. Thanks and good luck for the rest of the journey.
