Starting in April 2011,Richard Maunder will be going for a 630 mile stroll from Poole to Minehead, raising awareness and funds for ELF (Exeter Leukaemia Fund). ELF supporters and SWCP walking enthusiasts are invited to join me for sections of the trail in return for a donation to ELF via Virgin Money Giving.

Chest Beach and National Sailing Academy.
Walk today from Osmington Mills, through Weymouth and on around Isle of Portland. Lovely fresh crab sandwich at Quiddles Cafe before afternoon yomping through terrain of Portland. Quarries and more quarries. Hot sun but nice cooling easterly wind.
