Starting in April 2011,Richard Maunder will be going for a 630 mile stroll from Poole to Minehead, raising awareness and funds for ELF (Exeter Leukaemia Fund). ELF supporters and SWCP walking enthusiasts are invited to join me for sections of the trail in return for a donation to ELF via Virgin Money Giving.

Crackington Haven
Boscastle to Crackington can only be described as severe. Monster downs.....hurts the knees, followed by the steady trudge back up. So treated myself to a coffee and cake stop in this charming little place.
