Views towards Trevose Head. Rich picked me up from Porthcothan at 6.30, and we sampled the Tribute at the Cornish Arms and the Pickwick on the way back. Just 14 miles to my Padstow destination now, so will get the crocs out to let my ankles breath a little tomorrow as is moderate going. 450 miles nailed.
