Starting in April 2011,Richard Maunder will be going for a 630 mile stroll from Poole to Minehead, raising awareness and funds for ELF (Exeter Leukaemia Fund). ELF supporters and SWCP walking enthusiasts are invited to join me for sections of the trail in return for a donation to ELF via Virgin Money Giving.

Severe section Port Isaac to Tintagel
SC was keen to have it noted that our first 9 mile section today was described as severe and not to be undertaken unless you had plenty of time, energy and sustenance. We had 2 of the 3 with all day and plenty of fodder.
Looks like a gentle cliff top ramble to me!! Think your guide book must be wrong.
