Just 14 easy miles today with a day sack, so lie in to 7am (but woke at 5.30....typical), steady breakfast while an early morning squal went through, and started from Porthcothan at 9am.
Soon pulled over at Constantine for a Coastal Coffee and flapjack. Then on to Boobies and Trevose Head.
