Gentle stroll down Fore St from Hormond House B&B, where I had slept very comfortably, towards the ferry for 7.15am depart as per Guide Book. No ferry. Should have smelt a rat the night before in The Russell Inn where the Polruan Ferryman was tucking it away quicker than me. Anyway for future reference Bank Hols ferry starts at 8am. Summer Sundays at 9am and Winter Sundays at 10am. No ferry on Xmas day. So that clears that up. SWCP Association take note.
