Starting in April 2011,Richard Maunder will be going for a 630 mile stroll from Poole to Minehead, raising awareness and funds for ELF (Exeter Leukaemia Fund). ELF supporters and SWCP walking enthusiasts are invited to join me for sections of the trail in return for a donation to ELF via Virgin Money Giving.

SWCP Midway Marker.
Arriving at Porthallow I had made a bee line for the bar at the Five Pilchards and was half way through my first pint of Doom, when David the landlord remarked the Midway Marker is just outside. So 315 miles in 20 days. Bang on schedule.
