Starting in April 2011,Richard Maunder will be going for a 630 mile stroll from Poole to Minehead, raising awareness and funds for ELF (Exeter Leukaemia Fund). ELF supporters and SWCP walking enthusiasts are invited to join me for sections of the trail in return for a donation to ELF via Virgin Money Giving.

A Tribute indeed.

My picnic delivered. Big day tomorrow. Only 17 miles but a chunk described as severe after Pendeen Watch and few cafes along stretch.
A 6.30 am start and round Cape Cornwall by 9am.
Quaff and bed.
Could only match it with a pint of Tsing Tao ! But I only walked 8 km.
