Starting in April 2011,Richard Maunder will be going for a 630 mile stroll from Poole to Minehead, raising awareness and funds for ELF (Exeter Leukaemia Fund). ELF supporters and SWCP walking enthusiasts are invited to join me for sections of the trail in return for a donation to ELF via Virgin Money Giving.

Breakfast in Polkerris.
Ate Bella's sandwiches for b'fast. Lovely spot sheltered from fierce easterly wind today. Nice chat with Mike as he touched up his window sills.
